  • What is your refund policy? There will be no refunds under any ​circumstances.


  • What exactly is guided breathwork, and how does it work? Guided ​breathwork involves specific breathing techniques led by a trained ​facilitator. It helps you control your breath to improve physical, mental, ​and emotional well-being.


  • What can I expect during a guided breathwork session? During a session, ​you'll be guided through various breathing exercises while sitting or lying ​down. You could experience relaxation, emotional releases, increased ​awareness, and a sense of calm.


  • When is the best time to book these sessions? Breathwork is helpful at ​any point in your training journey, although I’ve noticed that it is most ​beneficial for athletes during prep (this could be monthly), the week of ​their competition date, and/or after their competition when emotions can ​be high and you might need some extra support.


  • What do I need to prepare for this session? All you need is a quiet space ​where you won’t be disturbed, comfy clothes that allow you to breathe , ​and access to zoom. You will need to use a device with a camera that you ​can set up, so I can monitor your breathing throughout the session.


  • When is the best time to book these sessions? Breathwork is helpful at ​any point in your training journey, although I find it most beneficial for ​athletes during prep ( this could be monthly), the week of their ​competition date, and/or after their competition when emotions can be ​high and you might need some extra support.


  • How quickly will I notice the benefits of guided breathwork? Many people ​feel immediate benefits such as relaxation and reduced stress after the ​first session. With regular practice, long-term benefits like improved focus, ​emotional stability, and better recovery become more noticeable.
